Storm Damage Roofing and Restoration in Central Florida
After wind, hail, or a hurricane, the first priorities are protecting people and preventing further damage. We help assess the property, document the construction work needed, and plan repairs from the roof to affected interior areas.
Request a Roof Inspection
What to do while arranging help
Stay clear of downed lines, sagging ceilings, and areas where water has reached electrical fixtures. Do not climb onto the roof. Photograph visible damage from a safe location, preserve receipts, and contact your insurer directly if you intend to report a claim.
Call 407-205-2676 to discuss temporary roof protection and availability. Tarping and other temporary measures can help limit further water entry, but they are not a substitute for permanent repairs. Access and response timing depend on conditions and demand after the storm.
A repair scope that follows the damage
- Roof inspection and photographic documentation of visible conditions.
- Temporary protection where appropriate and safe to install.
- Shingle, tile, and metal roof repair or replacement planning.
- Assessment of related decking and interior damage.
- Coordination of restoration trades and applicable permit requirements.
Water stains and missing roof materials do not tell the whole story. We look at the affected areas together so the proposed work addresses the observed damage rather than only its most visible symptom.
Construction documentation for an insurance claim
We can provide damage photos, a repair scope, and itemized construction estimates, including Xactimate estimates where appropriate. We can discuss observed damage and repair methods with your insurer's adjuster. Your carrier makes coverage decisions under your policy.
Contracting services and insurance representation are separate engagements. If you need someone to interpret coverage or represent you in a claim dispute, discuss that need with an appropriately licensed public adjuster or attorney. Our sister company, NeJame Claims, provides public adjusting services under a separate agreement.
Our Florida roof damage claim guide explains documentation and reporting steps. A storm event does not by itself establish that a particular repair is covered.
Restoration experience across Central Florida
Our gallery includes a hurricane-damaged tile roof project in Windermere, a Deltona roof replacement with structural decking repairs, and roofing and fence restoration in Orlando. We are based in Maitland and serve the surrounding Central Florida area.
Questions after storm damage
Does storm damage mean the entire roof must be replaced?
No. The appropriate scope depends on the extent of damage, the existing roof system, repair feasibility, and applicable building requirements. We explain whether a repair or replacement is supported by the assessment.
Should I wait for an adjuster before protecting my home?
Follow your policy's duties after a loss and contact your insurer promptly. Keep photos and receipts for reasonable temporary measures. If safe, document the damage before temporary work; do not delay essential protection in an unsafe situation while trying to obtain photos.
Can you promise that insurance will pay?
No. Coverage, deductibles, payment amounts, and claim decisions depend on the policy and the facts of the loss. Our construction estimate describes proposed work, not a promised settlement.
